Our Wish List . . .

PRINT WISH LIST

Most of the items listed below are needed on a regular basis.  Some we may need only once.  Financial contributions are also critical for the ongoing support of HOME services to Salem’s troubled and homeless teens. 

We can use computers that are Pentium 4 or more. Large, donated items such as computers (Pentium 3 or less) or fax machines which are 5 years old or older tend to require more maintenance than we can afford so we suggest you call The Goodwill if you have those items to donate.

ITEMS FOR TEENS
Backpacks clothing, coats, gloves, shoes, Chapstick, deodorant, combs & hairbrushes, make-up (new),  disposable razors, shaving gel, toothbrushes, toothpaste, bike locks and chains.

INCENTIVES
Cherriot bus tickets, movie, fast food, clothing certificates

“GRANTS” You Can Donate
$200 - $300 – Field trip (bowling, rafting, etc.)
$250 – bus passes for 6 months

SOCKS,  Mini-deodorant, Small bottled water, Band-aids, Tampons, Chapstick, combs, brushes, toothbrushes and toothpaste

Summer 2009- Salem, Oregon Lowe's has donated materials and Lowe's employees have worked as volunteers and spent MANY weekends and early morning hours replacing carpet, vinyl, painting, plus ceiling fans, oven hoods, and hardware at the Home Youth and Resource Center. We are so grateful!!
